At TrustedRemoteSupport, we aim to provide clear, fair, and honest service. While most issues can be resolved remotely, there are times when we identify that a hardware issue is the root cause and cannot be resolved through remote support.
🔍 Diagnostic Fee for Unresolvable Hardware Issues
If, during our support session, we determine that:
- The issue is hardware-related,
- And it is not geographically feasible for us to complete the repair,
Then we will only charge a flat $10 diagnostic fee to cover the time spent assessing the problem.
You will not be charged the full hourly rate for the session in this case.
⚠️ No Refunds for Completed Remote Support
Once a remote session has been completed and services have been provided, all payments are considered final.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Software fixes
- Optimization sessions
- Printer/email/network assistance
- Cases where the client chooses not to proceed mid-session
