Printer froze in me

Richard helped me when my printer froze up on me and would not print anything. I tried for days to figure out why my printer would not accept new documents to print or scan new documents.

One quick call with Richard, and I literally mean quick. It took maybe 15 minutes at the most, Richard signed into my computer system remotely and I watched everything he did. Did. I didn’t understand what he did but when he finished my computer and my printer worked perfectly again. I cannot thank him enough. He is a lifesaver.
