1. Service Agreement

By requesting and receiving services from TrustedRemoteSupport, you agree to the following terms. No formal contract is required; however, acceptance of services constitutes agreement with these terms.


2. Scope of Services

TrustedRemoteSupport provides computer-related technical support including, but not limited to:

  • Device optimization and speed improvements
  • Email setup and troubleshooting
  • Printer installation and configuration
  • Internet and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • General hardware and software assistance

Services may be provided in person, remotely, or by phone, based on availability and your preference.


3. Payment Terms

  • Standard rate: $50/hour
  • Discounted rate: $30/hour for seniors and veterans
  • Emergency service fee: Flat $50 per incident (subject to availability)

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted forms of payment may include credit card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or other agreed-upon methods.


4. No Warranty or Guarantee

While every effort will be made to resolve technical issues, no guarantee is provided that every problem can be fully resolved. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t promise every problem will be fixed. Even if we can’t solve it, a service fee will still apply for the time and effort spent.


5. Limitation of Liability

TrustedRemoteSupport is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data, files, or settings during service
  • Hardware failure or pre-existing system issues
  • Damage caused by viruses, malware, or user-installed software

Please make sure to save or back up your important files before we start, just in case something goes wrong during the service. If you’ve already done a backup, please let me know. If you have not done a backup, please tell me so we can talk about options..


6. Right to Refuse Service

TrustedRemoteSupport reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of:

  • Abusive or hostile behavior
  • Illegal activity or requests
  • Non-payment or refusal to comply with these terms

7. Emergency & Critical Support

Emergency support is available at the listed rate. We recommend submitting a request form and calling (415) 562-6163 to ensure a prompt response.


8. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal and technical information shared during service is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
